磁滯測(cè)功機(jī)系統(tǒng)是基于磁滯測(cè)功機(jī)，加載控制器，電參數(shù)儀等外圍測(cè)試設(shè)備，通過(guò)LabVIEW編譯的軟件控制實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電機(jī)性能的綜合測(cè)試。 可以計(jì)算并顯示多個(gè)參數(shù)（扭矩，轉(zhuǎn)速，輸出功率，電壓，電流，輸入功率，效率，轉(zhuǎn)向等），能夠進(jìn)行扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速開閉環(huán)控制及根據(jù)客戶要求訂制。
Hysteresis dynamometer test system is being developed base upon the hysteresis dyna-mometer, loading controller and power meter and so on, the software control compiled by LabVIEW realizes the comprehensive test of motor performance. It can calculate and display multiple parameters (torque, speed, output-power, voltage, current, input- power, efficiency, direction, etc.). It is capable of open loop/closed loop control on speed or torque, and can be customized upon the request of customer.

該系統(tǒng)配置伺服測(cè)功機(jī)來(lái)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，采用交流變頻回饋加載，加載能量通過(guò)交流負(fù)載發(fā)電機(jī)回饋給負(fù)載電阻消耗能量；扭矩、轉(zhuǎn)速通過(guò)扭矩傳感器直接測(cè)量，功率分析儀檢測(cè)電流、電壓、頻率和功率因素等，通過(guò)軟件自動(dòng)過(guò)檢測(cè)，顯示并完成數(shù)據(jù)處理和報(bào)表曲線。
This system equipped with a servo dyna-mometer for motor loading performance test. Adopts AC frequency conversion feed-back loading, the energy is being consumed by resistors through the loading generator; torque and speed are measured directly by torque sensor, and the power analyzer detect the current, voltage, frequency and PF etc. Then automatically detect, display and complete the data processing and forms, curves through software.

五工位電機(jī)壽命測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是電機(jī)模擬負(fù)載耐久測(cè)試的專用設(shè)備。該系統(tǒng)由磁滯制動(dòng)器，恒流源，工裝夾具，工控機(jī)，聯(lián)軸器，控制器，測(cè)試臺(tái)和測(cè)試軟件等組成，五個(gè)獨(dú)立通道互不干涉，能快速，精準(zhǔn)的檢測(cè)被測(cè)電機(jī)的電流，溫度等參數(shù)。
